Sebastian Tucker Richard Dvorak was a passionate, friendly, and generous young man when he was shot on June 13, 2017—just 2 days after his 27th birthday. He was walking home from his birthday celebration in Canton when he was robbed and killed on Boston Street. Sebastian, or “Sebass” as his friends knew him, loved Baltimore city—the people, the culture, the history, the sports teams. In honor of Sebastian, his memory, and his love of our city, the Sebass Foundation is committed to supporting Baltimore City programs, particularly for those most at risk. Through our partnerships we hope to support public safety efforts, athletics and other activities that promote character-building, leadership, and responsibility, both personal and civic. Further, The Sebass Foundation aims to provide pathways towards college and careers for the youth of Baltimore with job and scholarship opportunities.
Please help The Sebass Foundation support the youth
of Baltimore and the future of our city.
